Esther A. Kinyanguli, is an Environmental Engineer, specialized in  Integrated Water Resources Management. Currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer of Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering at Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology. Her B.Sc. research focused on Treatment of Synthesized Wastewater using Rice Husks. While, M.Sc. research focused on Replication of Wastewater Stabilization Ponds, in meeting UN Agenda, 6.3.

Previously served as a Research Associate at Water Supply & Sanitation Exchange Program in Windhoek, Namibia and a Research Assistant at ARUA Water Centre Of Excellence. Also has experience in maintaining Safety Protocols and performing Environmental Audit Services under National Environmental Management Council (NEMC) Lake Zone.

Her research interests lie in Water Supply, Sanitation, Integrated Water Resources Management, Urban Water Management, Environmental Sustainability, Climate Change and Water Systems Infrastructure Resilience.

She was awarded a competence award (NQF5) for Facilitating Social Learning and Stakeholder Engagement in Natural Resource Management Context by Rhodes University. She is a registered Engineer by ERB.
