Ms. Apaisaria Nyange is an Assistant Lecturer of Management and Leadership in the School of Business Studies and Humanities at The Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM- AIST).

Before joining The NM –AIST, Ms. Nyange worked with Arusha City Council as a teacher in Physics, Mathematics, Booking and Commerce where she also had Leadership roles.

Ms. Nyange holds a Master degree in Management and Leadership, Bachelor of Business Education in Accounting and Management and a Diploma in Education specializing Physics and Mathematics.  She has co-authored publications in the areas of management and leadership. Her research interest includes Innovation Management, Knowledge creation, Leadership and Governance.

Currently, Ms. Nyange is a PhD candidate in Leadership and Governance at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) in Kenya.
