Currently, I am working as an Assistant Lecturer at The Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST), in the School of Materials, Energy, Water and Environmental Sciences (MEWES), Department of Sustainable Energy Science and Engineering (SESE).

Mr. Max J. Fulgence Currently, I am working as an Assistant Lecturer at The Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST), in the School of Materials, Energy, Water and Environmental Sciences (MEWES), Department of Sustainable Energy Science and Engineering (SESE).

I graduated Master of Science in Energy Engineering (M.Sc. EE) from the University of Dar es salaam (UDSM), and Bachelor of Science in Physics from The University of Dodoma (UDOM) with Honorable degree in Physics.

My Master research was focused on Hydropower, titled "DETERMINATION OF SPILLWAY PERFORMANCE IN SELECTED HYDROELECTRIC POWER DAMS IN TANZANIA", A case of Mtera, Kidatu and Nyumba ya Mungu power dams.
