I am currently working at Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) as an assistant lecturer in Marketing. I am a holder of Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dodoma. My Masters dissertation generally focused on the influence of market risk on profitability of Microfinance Institutions in Tanzania. Areas of great interest to me as far as research is concerned include management practices, entrepreneurship, marketing, financial risk, macroeconomics, international business and innovation management.
Before joining NM-AIST i worked at University of Iringa as an assistant lecturer in Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. I also have experience of working with an organization that promotes startup businesses known as SWISS CONTACT, where i took charge as a training facilitator on business establishment, management and termination to youth groups in Mwanza region.
