Dr. Fina J. Lesafi is a Tanzanian chemist and lecturer at the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) in Arusha. She specializes in physical chemistry with a focus on sustainable chemical processes, including the development of heterogeneous catalysts and biomass conversion technologies for biofuel production. Dr. Lesafi is committed to advancing clean energy and environmental sustainability.
