Dr. Mussa Ally Dida is a Lecturer at Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) and a Deputy Centre Leader of a Centre of Excellence for ICT in East Africa (CENIT@EA). He acquired his PhD in Information and Communication Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), Beijing, China in June 2017. His Master’s of Science in Telecommunication Engineering was from University of Dodoma and his B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and Information Technology were obtained from University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) both obtained in 2011 and 2008 respectively. His research interests include signals and communication systems analysis, modeling, and optimization, Communication systems development and currently working in development of farmers’ extension support system and a centralized private school admission.

• Msc in Telecommunication Engineering from University of Dodoma, Dodoma, Tanzania. (2009-2011).
• Bsc in Computer Engineering and Information Technology from University of Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
