Mr. Joseph Humphrey Kisamo is an Assistant Lecturer at the Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology, located in Arusha, Tanzania; East Africa. He works within the school of Business studies and Humanities. He assists seminars and does tutorials facilitation in the area of marketing, sales, entrepreneurship and management. He is interested in research in areas of marketing management, consumer behaviour and small business development. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing from the St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT), and Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from Mzumbe University in Tanzania. He has been teaching and facilitating in various universities and colleges in Tanzania. He has gained much of his reputation and experience from the supervision of student’s research projects and his assistance in grooming some students for the establishment of their business. Some of whom have grown and own big businesses and they have impacted other people’s life economically and socially.
