Jofrey Raymond, PhD, is a scientist and innovator with a great interest in enterprising the science of food and nutrition. His research interests include advanced nutritional biochemistry, multiomics data science for nutrition and health, systems biology for food product development, brain nutrition, microbiome, healthy aging, and personalized nutrition. Dr. Raymond has supervised more than a dozen PhD and MSc students. Currently, he is exploring the functional and nutritional values of microalgae using multiomics techniques and systems biology.
