Janeth Jonathan Marwa is a Lecturer at Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST), Lecturing Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management. She is in possession of doctorate degree in Organizational Development and Transformation in 2011 from Cebu Doctors’ University in Philippines. Prior to joining NM-AIST, was a lecturer at University of Arusha and Adventist University of Africa in Nairobi Kenya. Her focus of research is in Organizational learning and change with an interest of topics in Innovative leadership, Total Quality Management, Organizational design and knowledge management. She is a coach and mentor for leadership and entrepreneurship. She has authored and co-authored multidisciplinary articles,

in search for community development and aspires through her research experience and knowledge to promote innovative communities. Thus she incorporates knowledge groups to create synergetic collaboration in linkage with indigenous knowledge in promoting appropriate technologies to address community needs and contributing for economic development. Specifically, she examines the intangibility of products design for tangible development. Recently, she became interested with understanding the possible association of genotype in organization management research. Her work aims to sustain organizational inception knowledge in linkage with science theories. More recently, is engaged in promoting valuation of knowledge as an asset for entrepreneurs.
