A workshop on research methodology was conducted by Prof. Patric Ngulube from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in collaboration with the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST).
The workshop, which was held on September 14, 2023, in the NM-AIST conference room, with the aim of familiarising the participants with research methodology.
Participants got the chance to go into greater detail about their own research topics, the extent of the problem, and the technique.
The participants actively participate in the lectures and offer feedback on the numerous intricacies of doing the research.
Prof. Ngulube presented on the following research approaches: South ethical research to transform the environment of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) Understanding the VUCA world's Misconceptions and pillars through the use of mixed-methods designs in research and article review.
Dr. Neema Mosha, Director of the Library at NM-AIST, urged the participants to take advantage of the workshop's opportunity to learn more about how to do effective research.
